The most important apostolate we have in the Order of the Legion of St. Michael is to pray. We pray for you and we pray for special campaigns, projects, and intentions.

Ways to Submit Your Prayer Intentions

Please register your Intention in one or more of the following ways:

  1. Online Prayerbook
This is a public prayerbook available to all who visit our Website. You may register your Intention in the Online Prayerbook anonymously or may give your name. Team members check this Prayerbook daily for new entries. In addition, all prayers from the Prayerbook are included en masse in the Divine Office offered at St. Michael House.

  2. Online Votive Candle Chapel
This is a Virtual Votive Candle Chapel located on our Website. You may request to have a cyberspace candle lit on behalf of your Intention. The candles "burn" for one week unless you specify a longer period. The cyberspace candles are manually lit and administered thus it may take a day to two for your request to be processed.

We also light a "single" real perpetual candle on our Prayer Altar at St. Michael House on behalf of all those Intentions registered in the Online Votive Candle Chapel. This is not a candle for each individual Intention, but "one" candle, buring perpetually, for all intentions registered in the chapel.

The Online Votive Candle Chapel, like the Online Prayerbook, is public. Prayer Team members check the Chapel daily for new lit candles. In addition, all prayers from the Chapel are included en masse in the Divine Office offered at St. Michael House.

  3. Private Intentions
If you do not wish to record your prayer intention in a public online forum, you may send us your Intention privately by emailing our Sacristan. When each private intention is received, the sacristan prays immediately for that Intention with a Hail Mary. The Prayer Team then remembers these Intentions in their prayers. In addition, all Private Intentions sent to the Sacristan are included en masse in the Divine Office offered at St. Michael House.
