This chaplet is recited on ordinary Rosary beads On the large bead before the first decade, and also on the other large beads, the following prayer is said: 'O Mother of Perpetual Help, Listen to our pleading souls, You can help us in our needs, Mary, with hope, we call on you'. On the small beads of each decade recite: 'O Mary, help us'! At the end of each decade pray: 'Mary has helped us, Mary wants to help us, Mary can help us. Mary will help us'. On each of the 3 beads after the 5th decade say one 'Hail Mary' and then one 'Glory be to the Father'. Concluding prayer 'We fly to your patronage, O Holy Mother of God. Despise not our petitions but in our necessities, but deliver us from all dangers, O ever glorious and blessed Virgin Mary. Our Lady of Perpetual Help, pray for us!'
