The St. Dymphna Healing Center is devoted to helping people with various afflictions to cope with their suffering within the context of their Christian Faith and perhaps to experience healing. We currently offer the following apostolates for healing: St. Padre Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling The St. Padre Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling (SPCDC) is an outgrowth of the general Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance ministry that the was begun in 1993 by the Order of the Legion of St. Michael The SPCDC is a response for that great need 1) to counsel with the many people afflicted with spiritual problems that do not qualify for a solemn exorcism, and 2) for trained Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance Prayer Warriors and Counselors. SPCDC meets that need through information, education, advice, spiritual and deliverance counseling, and through a training program to qualify prayer warriors and counselors for ministry. At the Water's Edge Healing Ministry At the Water's Edge Healing Ministry is the apostolate of Deacon Frank. The Deacon has been a featured speaker and retreat leader for numerous parishes, youth groups, shrines, retreat centers and renewal teams around the country. Deacon Frank has developed and ministered a contemplative prayer and healing experience called AT THE WATER’S EDGE which has led to many spiritual, emotional and physical healings. The ministry seeks to reach the lost, the broken, the lonley, the hurting, the depressed, and those who are desperate for someone to bring the healing love of Christ to their world of darkness and despair. This ministry of prayer for healing touches those who are suffering from cancer, physical and emotional disabilities and their caregivers. Catholic Support Group for Sexual Addictions Recovery The Catholic Support Group for Sexual Addictions Recovery (CSGSAR) is a Catholic group of fellow sufferers from sexual additions such as pornography, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lust, and other sins of the flesh. CSGSAR is a safe place (as a computer discussion group can be) where people with the common bonds of being Catholic followers of Christ and being fellow sufferers of the various sexual addictions and lust may share and seek support for our struggles with this addiction. As fellow Catholics with this addiction, we can understand the struggles and with that understanding encourage and uplift each other, and perhaps even help to facilitate healing. |
