2. For security reasons, memebers are required to provide a username (do not use your real name), password, birthdate, and gender. A valid Email Adddress is also required but is kept confidential. Other fields are optional.

4. You agree to not attempt to contact other members privately without permission of the BBS Administrator and to report to the moderators if anyone tries to privately contact you.

5. You agree not to purposely post the URL to websites that are offensive or objectionable.

6. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any information which is vulgar, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually inappropriate, or violates any laws.

7. You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself. The owners of these forums do give permission to post quotations from original essays found on the St. Michael Call website.

8. Administrators and Moderators are authorized by you, by virtue of your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, to remove or modify any data submitted by you to these forums for any reason we feel constitutes a violation of our policies, whether stated, implied or not.

9. Neither the Administrators of these forums, nor the Moderators, are responsible for the content of the messages posted by members or the privacy practices of any user. Our Administrators and Moderators do keep a watch on posts and will remove any material that is objectionable. If any member finds objectionable material posted that we missed do not confront the person directly, but instead contact a Moderator via e-mail. A link to email the Moderator is always found at the bottom line of the BBS pages next to the copyright statement.

10. This site may contain links to other web sites and files. We have no control over the content of other websites and can not ensure that material on those sites will not be offensive or objectionable.
