Your affirm you have been accepted into membership of the Legionnaires of St. Michael by separate application. 2. You are fully responsible for any information or file supplied by yourself or anyone with access to your member account. 3. Memebers are required to provide a username / login name that is your your real and last name). For security reasons, also required is a password, birthdate, gender, and any other information marked as required. A valid Email Address is also required but is kept confidential. 4. This BBS is for Christians. By applying for membership you are certifying that you a validly baptized Christian, and are not a Satanist, occultist, witch, wicca, pagan, new ager, and other person of any spirituality that is contrary to the Christian worldview. 5. We are a Catholic ministry. Thus, disputes over doctrine or spiritual warfare issues and principles are resolved according to a Catholic understanding. You agree to respect this. 6. You agree not to post messages that disrespect the Catholic Church, the Legionnaires of St. Michael, the St. Padre Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling, or the Oblates and Missioners of St. Michael, our apostolates, or the Christian faith. 7. You agree to not abuse the privilege of the PM system and to follow all protocols concerning use of the PMs. You agree to report to the moderators any abuse witnessed on the PMs. 8. You agree not to purposely post the URL to websites that are offensive or objectionable without permission. 9. You agree not to purposely post the URL to websites that are offensive to the Catholic Religion without permission. 10. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any abusive, vulgar, libelous, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually inappropriate, or violates any laws of the United States, your own country of citizenship or residence, or International Law. Violating such laws may lead to dishonorable discharge from the Legionnaires of St. Michael and notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. 11. You agree not to purposely post any message that proposes immoral ideas and behaviors, is bigoted against any group or peoples, or that otherwise violates the teachings of the Catholic Church, or that violates or proposes violations of any civil laws. 12. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any information or message that is harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise flaming or disrespectful to fellow members, or that invades others’ privacy. 13. You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself. Material may be posted if it qualifies for fair use or if the copyright owner gives permissions. For example, LifeSiteNews gives such permission as long as link is provided back to their website. The owners of these forums do give permission to post quotations from original essays found on the websites of St. Michael’s Call or the St. Padre Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling. 14. BBS Administrators and Moderators are authorized by you, by virtue of your agreement to these Terms and Conditions when you registered, to remove or modify any data submitted by you to these forums for any reason we feel constitutes a violation of our policies, whether stated, implied or not. Administrators and Moderators may also edit your posts for clarity. 15. Neither the Administrators of these forums, nor the Moderators, are responsible for the content of the messages posted by members or the privacy practices of any user. Our Administrators and Moderators do keep a watch on posts and will remove any material that is objectionable. If any member finds objectionable material posted that we missed do not confront the person directly, but instead contact a Moderator via e-mail. A link to email the Administrator is always found at the bottom line of the BBS pages next to the copyright statement. 16. This site may contain links to other web sites and files. We have no control over the content of other websites and can not ensure that material on those sites will not be offensive or objectionable.
