I was reflecting in a demented state this week. Back in my twenties, this end of summer(first month of school) flu would not have put me down like it did this week. I came down with this one, this past Wed. at work; went to work Thursday and boss sent me home. Bless him and I did not even touch the computer until today have been confined to bed. GOD is great, GOD is merciful, and all things work to his glory. Praise his Holy Name!!!

But there is a blessing to this as I was able to watch, “The Abundant Life” on EWTN. The subject being spoken about, was the extended definition of the word “Family” by the European Union constitutions, and the problem that exists with the recognizing of same sex unions as valid in some countries, and not valid in others. IF you are able to watch EWTN, watch this episode of the show if it re-airs.

A church membership that lives with its head in the sand of the world, is a church that is about to be in for a rude awakening. We can not live in an oblivious state. We must know what the great enemy is doing with the aide of those who have turned their back on GOD, or who have turned their back on the church.

Please go to these International Gay, lesbian, transgendered NGO’s and political websites to see what they are doing, to see the power they have and to see the support they have within the global community and the UN (DISGUSTING AS THEY MAY BE) . You will not see the truth in your local paper, your local TV News, and the major media outlets. You may not read the truth from your Dioscenan Newspaper. This is the world our children are going to inherit from us.

EU To Make Definition Of 'Family' Broader

You may be asking where am I going with this, it primarily has to with the wisdom of our Holy Fathers. I found this link on the website http://www.spiritdaily.com entitled, “Pope-selection process changed by John Paul II”

The following is taken from the above article,

“…Most important, more than 80 percent of the College of Cardinals will come from counties other than Italy, a distinct change from 1939 when a majority of the college's voting members were from the Italian peninsula…Under John Paul II, who has hand-picked almost all the current voting cardinals, the international flavor of the college has so increased that Italians have become a distinct minority...About 20 percent of the voting cardinals come from Latin America, while the continents of North America, Asia and Africa each account for 10 percent or so of the college. The Catholic Church, in terms of its highest leadership, is Roman no longer."

These are just some points to get one thinking, not to push a personal point of view:

Is this article lamenting the fact that the Church Cardinals are no longer "Roman"?

Does the article truly praise the wisdom of the Holy Fathers since 1939?

Were the Holy Fathers from St Pius XII forward blessed by the Holy Spirit to be able to see what was in the future for the church and take the incremental steps to prevent it?

Is there a lamenting because there may not be a choice for a moderate pope?

Can the obedient clergy maintain resolve in these European Nations?

Remain steadfast to GOD’s Law; GOD’s truth, and GOD’s church? While our religious freedoms are placed on the outer-fringe of society, by those who succeed in transitioning society to that of a totally, secular apostasy?

While those with Judeo-Christian values become the “proverbial 2nd class citizen?

While the other religions that do not support same-gender unions become the “proverbial 2nd class citizen as well?

Will it be possible for the Church in these politically correct, secularist countries remain vibrant and full of life, or be like the Video Jesus in the movie "Soylent Green"?

Will Churches obedient to the teachings of Jesus Christ, obedient to the Holy Word of GOD fall victim to the World Court because of "Hate Crimes"?

Think about it! Spend an evening a week, searching the web, and find out what is really going on in this world of ours.
