The United Nations and is Economic, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is inducted into our hall of shame for its unabashed perversion of proposing sexual training to children. The following Fox News article explains:
U.N. Report Advocates Teaching Masturbation to 5-Year-Olds
Wednesday, August 26, 2009
By Joseph Abrams
(Fox News) NEW YORK — The United Nations is recommending that children as young as five receive mandatory sexual education that would teach even pre-kindergarteners about masturbation and topics like gender violence.
The U.N.’s Economic, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) released a 98-page report in June offering a universal lesson plan for kids ranging in age from 5-18, an “informed approach to effective sex, relationships” and HIV education that they say is essential for “all young people.”
The U.N. insists the program is “age appropriate,” but critics say it’s exposing kids to sex far too early, and offers up abstract ideas — like “transphobia” — they might not even understand.
“At that age they should be learning about … the proper name of certain parts of their bodies,” said Michelle Turner, president of Citizens for a Responsible Curriculum, “certainly not about masturbation.”
Turner was disturbed by UNESCO’s plans to explain to children as young as nine about the safety of legal abortions, and to advocate and “promote the right to and access to safe abortion” for everyone over the age of 15.
“This is absurd,” she told FOXNews.com.
The UNESCO report, called “International Guidelines for Sexuality Education,” separates children into four age groups: 5-to-8-year-olds, 9-to-12-year-olds, 12-to-15-year-olds and 15-to-18-year-olds.
Under the U.N.’s voluntary sex-ed regime, kids just 5-8 years old will be told that “touching and rubbing one’s genitals is called masturbation” and that private parts “can feel pleasurable when touched by oneself.”
By the time they’re 9 years old, they’ll learn about “positive and negative effects of ‘aphrodisiacs,” and wrestle with the ideas of “homophobia, transphobia and abuse of power.”
At 12, they’ll learn the “reasons for” abortions — but they’ll already have known about their safety for three years. When they’re 15, they’ll be exposed to direct “advocacy to promote the right to and access to safe abortion.”
Child health experts say they are wary of teaching about the sticky topic of abortion, but stress that as long as messages stay age-appropriate, educating kids at a younger age helps better steer them into adulthood.
“The adults are more leery of [early sex-ed] than the kids are,” said Dr. Jennifer Hartstein, a child psychiatrist in New York. “Our own fears sometimes prevent us from being as open and honest with our kids as possible.”
Hartstein, however, who didn’t see much harm in explaining basic concepts that kids of all ages will have questions about, was baffled by some of the ideas the U.N. hoped to introduce to kids as young as 5 years old, who will be taught about “gender roles, stereotypes and gender-based violence.”
“I want to know how you teach that to a 5-year-old,” Hartstein told FOXNews
Bill Cosby, a prominent comedian is inducted into our Hall of Shame for his participation in the New Racism by agreeing with President Carter in proposing those who disagree with President Obama are racist.
Bill Cosby said:
I agree with President Carter that racism is playing a role in recent outbursts against President Obama. During President Obama’s speech on the status of health care reform, some members of congress engaged in a public display of disrespect. While one Representative hurled the now infamous “you lie” insult at the President, others made their lack of interest known by exhibiting rude behavior such as deliberately yawning and sending text messages ….
The third definition listed for racism in the Random House Unabridged Dictionary, Second Edition, is: “hatred or intolerance of another race or other races”.
A derivative of this definition is a new form of racism — to accuse someone of racism (usually a white person) when he makes a legitimate criticism of and action, policy, or view of a “person of color.”
This technique is actually a Liberal Tactic of Obfuscation in that it seeks to divert attention away from the substance of the issues. It is an attempt to intimidate the critic and shut down the discussion. Such a technique is a mark of a person without intellectual honesty. It is a sign that the accuser cannot answer the legitimate criticisms.
This tactic of obfuscation is an old one, but recently has become a major tactic used against Obama critics.
This writer was accosted about 25 years ago by this new form of racism by three young black men. These men parked their car in the parking lot of the print shop where I worked. Signs were in the parking lot notifying parkers that the lot was only for the print shop customers and all others would be towed. When I saw these men park in our lot and then head for the bar down the street I called to them and asked them to park elsewhere. They resisted. I finally told them that if they did not move their car I would have it towed. Their response was, “You are only saying that because we are black.” No, I was saying that because they were illegally parking on our lot.
Today, especially since the Obama regime, we are seeing this shameful attitude around every corner. Anyone who criticizes President Obama is attributed to some sort of inherent racism. This is not true. The reason why people are criticizing Obama is because they disagree with this views and policies.
We have already inducted Eugene Robinson, from the Washington Post, for his racism. Also is Maureen Dowd, of The New York Times, another of the “new racists.”
Now, we have very prominent people joining the group of “new racists” making this accusation toward those who disagree with Obama.
Jimmy Carter, former President of the United States has joined the ranks of the “new racism”, and thus President Carter is inducted into our Hall of Shame.
Jimmy Carter said on MSNBC, “I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he’s African-American.” See the clip below:
CHRISTIAN PRESS (Septmber 14, 2009) The 40-year-old “comedian” Jack Black went on the “dark side” during the MTV Awards praying to the devil. Black, who was promoting a heavy metal video game called Brütal Legend, asked the “Dear Dark Lord Satan” to bless the rock star nominees with “continued success in the music industry.”
It is not known if Mr. Black is a Satanist, or if he was sincere in his prayer to Satan. Given who he is, it may have been a show of his twisted and perverse humor. He is well-known for his bigoted comments about Christianity and desire to shock Christians.
Whether or not this was a sincere prayer does not matter much. Satan will take notice of our evil flirtations. Mr. Black has basically cursed everyone he prayed for. In most curses it is the curse-caster who suffers the most.
What is worse is the amazing response of the audience who held hands and prayed with the man.
We pray for this man’s conversion, but such behavior deserves induction in the Hall of Shame.
Eugene Robinson, columnist for the Washington Post is inducted into our Hall of Shame for two reasons:
1) He calls those who disagree with him “un-American”.
2) He calls those who disagree with him “racists”.
The one to whom might be called un-American is Mr. Robinson and his liberal ilk who routinely distort facts, lie, and disparage their opponents with terms like “un-American”, “un-Patriotic”, and even “Nazis”. This tactic is called a Liberal Tactic of Obfuscation. The intent is to obfuscate the real issues by proposing these false issues to draw attention away from the truth.
We were resoundingly amused in reading Robinson’s column this past week, No Way to Treat a President. Most of the article is psychological “projection” — projecting onto others attributes of oneself. The characterization he made of conservatives are the exact things that liberals do routinely and have made into an art-form.
It was especially amusing to read that Robinson thinks that “In the Republican ranks, especially in the House, pragmatists are few and ideologues are legion.” This is one of those “laugh-out-loud” moments. There is no one more of an ideologue than President Obama and the radical left-wing Democrats. They are the posterboys for ideologuery that cares less for the people, but rather shall push their ideology without listening to the people.
The behavior of Rep. Wilson at the joint-session of Congress to hear the President’s disingenuous speech was indeed improper. Few would deny that. Mr. Robinson, however, makes it sound like the Democrats have been little choirboys when a Republican President gives a speech. As is usually the case, liberals re-write history. In fact, Republican Presidents have had Democrats “grumbling, mugging and eye-rolling”, which Robinson says is, “not only undignified but frankly un-American.”
Robinson claims the Democrats never grumbled or eye-rolled at President Bush. The evidence suggests otherwise at the 2005 State of the Union:
Should the Democrats be called un-American? If Robinson says no, then he is a hypocrite.
What is more disturbing is the trend to characterize as racist anyone who criticizes President Obama. Those who cry racist whenever someone disagrees with Obama is himself a racist.
John MacArthur, the popular fundamentalist preacher, denounces the Catholic Church by misrepresenting Catholic doctrine about salvation of those outside the Church. MacArthur seems to completely ignore that this doctrine is contained within the dogma of No Salvation Outside the Church. He uses as his proof a newspaper report quoting Pope John Paul II. There is no news report ever written that has quoted the Pope in context. MacArthur apparently does not think that researching the source material and the actual doctrinal statements is needed — a newspaper report is sufficient for him.
MacArthur would not agree with Catholic Doctrine even if he knew it, and apparently does not agree with Billy Graham whom he also calls preaching a lie.
It should be noted that MacArthur comes from the man-made traditions of Calvinism (only 500 years old) and also of the man-made tradition of dispensationalism, (invented in the 19th Century). His theology is not the historic Christianity, but a modern human rendition that believes that unless one specifically confesses Jesus Christ according to the fundamentalist formula they will go to hell. This includes those people who, from no fault of their own, have never heard of Christ. MacArthur’s god is apparently a god who has no mercy upon those who have never heard of Jesus and the Gospel. This does not make sense, is hardly a god of mercy and justice, and is a position that is unrecognizable by the God we know from the Bible.
For intellectual dishonesty, failing to even learn the complete doctrine of the Church on this subject, and thereby denouncing the Church not upon knowledge, but upon rash judgment, he is inducted into the Hall of Shame.
His speech where he denounces the Catholic Church, and also Billy Graham, follow:
Levi’s Places Pro-Homosexual “Marriage” Ribbon on New Jeans
Levi Strauss & Company is inducted into our Hall of Shame not only because of their open promotion of homosexual marriages, but due to their forcing their perverted view upon their customers.
As a result, we recommend boycotting Levi products.
Here is the story from LifeSiteNews:
SAN FRANCISCO, May 28, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Levi Strauss & Co., the jeans manufacturer that has long been a leader in corporate support for the homosexual activist movement, has come out with a new marketing scheme that may dupe consumers who buy their products into displaying support for same-sex “marriage.”
Company owned stores in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco will be displaying their summer line-up of jeans and shirts adorned with “White Knots for Equality,” a symbol that denotes support for homosexual “marriage.”
The symbol, a white ribbon tied in a knot, was developed by Frank Voci, the owner of a California media company, to capitalize on the opposition to the passage of Proposition 8, the California voter-approved constitutional marriage amendment.
The knotted white cloth mimics the various ribbon campaigns such as the pink ribbon for breast cancer campaign.
Commenting on the company’s amalgamation of marketing and political activism, senior vice president for global creative services for Levi’s, Rene Holguin, said, “Our design team was seeking something that would resonate beyond just fashion but also fit with our white product theme.”
The staff members of the stores that are displaying the clothing with white knots have been instructed to engage customers with explanations of the homosexual agenda symbol, hoping that customers will be educated through an “informed
conversation.”
“We have weekly calls with our store managers and we sent out detailed information about the White Knot organization and also ways in which we’re supporting marriage equality overall as a company,” Levi’s director of brand marketing and public relations, Erica Archambault, told the New York Times. She added that she wants sales staff “to be educated and able to have an informed conversation that’s more interactive than reading off a card or something.”
San Francisco-based Levi Strauss was the first Fortune 500 company to extend health benefits to homosexual couples and was a major financial supporter of the “No On Prop 8 Equality Business Council,” which was formed to oppose efforts to define marriage as being between one man and one woman in the California constitution.
The company gave $25,000 to Equality for All, the coalition leading the No on 8 campaign, while Robert Haas, the company’s chairman emeritus and his wife gave a further $100,000, according to a company spokesman.
A report by Business Wire states that the Levi Strauss Foundation announced yesterday that it will make a $25,000 donation to the National Center For Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and $25,000 to The San Francisco LGBT Community Center (“The Center”).
NCLR was the lead counsel on the effort to overturn Proposition 8 in the California Supreme Court.
“The Center” is a homosexual drop-in facility that “organizes and plans the political and cultural future for the LGBT community” in San Francisco.
Archbishop Wuerl is inducted into our Hall of Shame for re-interpreting Canon Law to suit himself and thereby rebelling against the Pope’s Teaching on Catholic Politicians who support abortion. For details see the article below from LifeSiteNews:
Archbishop Wuerl Refuses
to Deny Communion
to Pro-Abortion Speaker Pelosi
Insists Canon 915 not to be used
as Pope Benedict and Archbishop Burke have insisted
By Kathleen Gilbert
WASHINGTON, D.C., May 6, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Archbishop Donald Wuerl of Washington, D.C. has stated that he would not deny Holy Communion to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, one of the most notoriously pro-abortion “Catholic” politicians in the U.S., because he says historically “the Church just didn’t use Communion” as a “weapon.”
In an interview published in a Politics Daily article today, Bishop Wuerl said he disagreed with refraining from giving communion to manifestly pro-abortion politicians, which was equated with “Communion wielded as a weapon.” “That’s the new way now to make your point,” said Wuerl.
“We never – the Church just didn’t use Communion this way. It wasn’t a part of the way we do things, and it wasn’t a way we convinced Catholic politicians to appropriate the faith and live it and apply it; the challenge has always been to convince people.” On the other hand, sanctioning Catholics tends to alienate them, he said.
Wuerl said he will make no effort to keep Speaker Pelosi from receiving Communion, saying first “there’s a question about whether this canon [915] was ever intended to be used” to correct Catholics in grave error.
Canon 915 states: “Those upon whom the penalty of excommunication or interdict has been imposed or declared, and others who obstinately persist in manifest grave sin, are not to be admitted to holy communion.”
“I stand with the great majority of American bishops and bishops around the world in saying this canon was never intended to be used this way,” said Wuerl.
Wuerl also said that he thought “we’ve been making progress” in conveying the pro-life message to the Democratic Party, but “There was just a setback with the distraction of Communion.”

Wuerl’s statements appear to contradict a 2004 statement by the then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger titled “Worthiness to Receive Holy Communion,” in which Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict XVI, stated: “Regarding the grave sin of abortion or euthanasia, when a person’s formal cooperation becomes manifest (understood, in the case of a Catholic politician, as his consistently campaigning and voting for permissive abortion and euthanasia laws), his Pastor should meet with him, instructing him about the Church’s teaching, informing him that he is not to present himself for Holy Communion until he brings to an end the objective situation of sin, and warning him that he will otherwise be denied the Eucharist.”
With quotations from a 2002 declaration of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, Ratzinger continues: “When ‘these precautionary measures have not had their effect or in which they were not possible,’ and the person in question, with obstinate persistence, still presents himself to receive the Holy Eucharist, ‘the minister of Holy Communion must refuse to distribute it’.
“This decision, properly speaking, is not a sanction or a penalty,” Ratzinger wrote. “Nor is the minister of Holy Communion passing judgement on the person’s subjective guilt, but rather is reacting to the person’s public unworthiness to receive Holy Communion due to an objective situation of sin.”
In an interview with LifeSiteNews.com (LSN) in February, Archbishop Raymond Burke, the head of the Apostolic Signatura in Rome, agreed with Ratzinger’s assertion that bishops have no choice but to withhold communion from manifestly pro-abortion politicians. (Read Interview)
Burke told LSN: “I don’t understand the continual debate that goes on about it [denying communion to pro-abortion politicians]. There’s not a question that a Catholic who publicly, and after admonition, supports pro-abortion legislation is not to receive Holy Communion and is not to be given Holy Communion.”
“The Church’s law is very clear,” said Burke. “The person who persists publicly in grave sin is to be denied Holy Communion, and it [canon law] doesn’t say that the bishop shall decide this. It’s an absolute.”
Burke also called “nonsense” the idea that the Church’s law “makes the Communion rail a battleground,” and said the opposite was true: not enforcing Canon 915 frequently results in using Communion unto political advantage.
Failing to enforce Canon 915, said Burke, means pro-abortion politicians – such as Sen. John Kerry, who published several photographs of himself receiving Communion from Papal representatives – are able to send a message to Catholic voters that they are in good standing with the Church despite supporting abortion, which the Church considers an intrinsic evil.
“What are they doing? They’re using the Eucharist as a political tool,” said Burke.

Link TV, a television channel broadcasting to more than 31 million homes via satellite, aired on February 3, 2009 a three and a half minute video that mocks Catholicism. The video, “Divine Food”, depicts a Catholic priest teetering on the edge of madness who desecrates the Holy Eucharist, talks to statues, and refuses to say Mass.
Independent Television Service (ITVS), which receives federal funding through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, co-produced the video, which first aired last summer.
Link TV’s willingness to air the offensive production correlates with the openly anti-Catholic agenda of its financial donors and supporters, including the Ford Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Wallace Global Fund, and George Soros’ Open Society Institute.
For mocking the Catholic Church by airing this vile video, and for catering to the agenda of its notably anti-Catholic financial donors, Link TV earns a spot in our Hall of Shame.
