SATURDAY OF THE TWENTY-SIXTH WEEK IN ORDINARY TIMEFeast of Francis of Assisi (1226), Founder, Patron of Catholic Action
My Beloved:
Last night David Letterman continued his incredible Hissy-Fit against Governor Palin. I can remember the Presidential Campaigns going back to Kennedy and Nixon in 1960. Never has there been such a Hissy-Fit. Why is it that the Liberals are so scared of Sarah Palin?
On the Letterman show last night, David Letterman and Brian Williams shored up their self-righteousness to rip apart Sarah Palin's performance in the debate on Thursday. Neither one of them dared to mention the factual misrepresentations (or lies), noticed by everyone else with two brain cells in their head, made by Senator Biden about Senator McCain's voting record.
Most of the world thinks that either Palin won the debate or that it broke even. It is only the liberal pundits, and avid true-believers with expected bias, that think otherwise.
This election cycle is about the most interesting in my lifetime. It is entertaining to see the hypocritical and always "misrepresenting" liberals squirm like little girls.
I hope and pray that McCain/Palin win the Whitehouse. While they and the Republican Party have their own problems, to have the baby-killing, tax and spend mogul Obama as President is a thought too terrible to imagine. The thought is enough to motivate setting up a hermitage in Costa Rica.
Your miserable servant,
Brother Bubba

this is the first time I've been to this site or had the opportunity to read your blog dear Brother.
Thankyou for speaking out so boldly! We quit watching David Letterman years ago because of his
liberal views and his self-righteous idea that his oppinion should be the opinions of everyone else.
I hope your voice his heard
over the din of the liberal voices even within our beloved Church..
