This election cycle in the United States is not about politics really. The election is about a moral referendum. While neither candidate is perhaps the best choice for President, a vote for Obama is a vote for depravity and perversion. Obama's views, voting record, and promises concerning abortion is but one of many examples.

The Kansas Coalition for Life with Operation Rescue produced a short video exposing Obama's voting record entitled, "Obama: WRONG Change for Children". The video was published on YouTube. YouTube has blocked the video claiming that it violated a "Community Guideline". They did not explain what Guidelines were violated.

“The video is in no way distasteful, pornographic or outside of the ordinary,” said KCFL Director Mark Gietzen. “It does however make a strong point, and we feel that it was pulled ONLY because it makes a simple, clear statement about what Obama’s change is all about.”

The video begins with a warning stating, “This video contains graphic images showing what Obama supports.” It contains a brief photo of an aborted baby.

YouTube has videos of political protest on abortion and it has videos that include pictures of an aborted baby. Yet, for some reason, this video was blocked.

“Political censorship is the only remaining explanation for YouTube blocking the KCFL Obama video,” said Operation Rescue spokesperson Cheryl Sullenger. “Apparently, it is allowable to criticize political candidates on YouTube, as long as you do not criticize Obama on his abortion track record. It is unconscionable for YouTube to engage in this kind of political censorship in the middle of a battle for the future of America. We have posted this video to our web site to ensure that it will be easily accessible.”

YouTube has been doing this sort of thing a lot. It is time for the public to express outrage at this blatant politically based censorship.
