You agree not to purposely post any message containing vulgarity or sexually inappropriate material, or that proposes immoral ideas and behaviors, is bigoted against any group or peoples, or that otherwise violates the teachings of the Catholic Church, or that violates or proposes violations of any civil laws.

5. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any information or message that is harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise flaming or disrespectful to fellow members, or that invades others' privacy.

6. You agree not to post messages that disrespect the Catholic Church, the Order of the Legion of St. Michael our apostolates, or the Christian faith.

7. You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself. The owners of these forums do give permission to post quotations from original essays found on the St. Michael Call website.

8. Administrators and Moderators are authorized by you, by virtue of your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, to remove or modify any data submitted by you to these forums for any reason we feel constitutes a violation of our policies, whether stated, implied or not.

9. Neither the Administrators of these forums, nor the Moderators, are responsible for the content of the messages posted by members or the privacy practices of any user. Our Administrators and Moderators do keep a watch on posts and will remove any material that is objectionable. If any member finds objectionable material posted that we missed do not confront the person directly, but instead contact a Moderator via e-mail. A link to email the Moderator is always found at the bottom line of the BBS pages next to the copyright statement.

10. This site may contain links to other web sites and files. We have no control over the content of other websites and can not ensure that material on those sites will not be offensive or objectionable. We will, however, remove links to material that we feel is inappropriate as we become aware of them.
