Dear Henry: Instructions on how to use the Liturgy of the Hours books is far too complicated for a forum like this. I do plan on constructing an online course on how to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, but have not been able to finish it yet. I hope to have it ready to go in a couple months depending on the outcome of some personal circumstances and my health.
