Overweight saints? QUESTION from Rosa on February 1, 2004

It's just an odd observance of mine, but I don't think I've ever seen a picture of an overweight saint... do you know of any? I'm curious now.
I was just looking to see if there was a patron saint of obesity, weight loss/problems, etc. because I thought it'd be good to have someone up there to help me while I try to lose weight for the Nth time. I couldn't find one. Perhaps I was just looking for the wrong term. Do you know of a patron saint for anything like this?
Ah, losing weight has been my new year's resolution since I was 10 years old, and THIS time... if it's going to be different I'll have to storm Heaven for it LOL.

Dear Rosa:
Yes, there are fat saints. In fact one of the most famous saints, a doctor of the Church even, was so fat that he cut a semi-circles into the supper table so he could get closer to the table to eat. Perhaps Thomas Aquinas would be a good one to choose concerning weight issues.
