I would like to ask you a few questions because your god and your religion are simply paradoxs.
1)If man from the beginning was perfect how did we sin? even if we were givin free will we were still perfect and therefore would not sinned!
2) According to the book of exodus here are some of the things that happened: the waters turned into blood (so all the fish would have died), the livestock died, locust came ( so most likely they ate the wheat and grain, the frist born children died, and last but not least all the egyptian workers(slaves) left. How on earth did egypt manage to survive. with little food and no more workers egypt would have been devestated for a long, long time!
3)By making a convenant with only one race your god condemed the rest of the world. So are the pagans who have heared nothing of the jewish god going to hell. how evil. because your evil and non-caring god allowed pagans to worship there false gods and didn't say anything, he sent them to hell on purpose. then what happens to the pagans who have heared to gospel but because their religion is so ingrained in their head (thanks to your god) they reject it. your god is a paradox!
4) Your god is clear in saying that he is a jealous god and that you shall not worship other gods beside him. By saying this he is admitting that there are other gods because to whom would he be jealous?
5)hell and a all loving god do not work together. that is the the greatest conrtadiction you have. Your god loves to torture people for eternity. It is rather funny that you would here a christian gasp if he heared how a bunch of people tortured someone to death but totally ignore the fact that their god does the same thing to people but for eternity. how funny. YOur god is disgusting in every single way.

Dear Mary: I am sorry that for the obvious hurts you are experiencing. There has to be a major pain in your soul to hate God so much. Whatever has happened to you, it is not God's fault. God loves you and wishes you to come into fellowship with Him. We will be in prayer for your healing and for your eyes to be opened to the beautiful Truth of God. As to your questions: 1) yes man was made in perfect and yes man was given free will. Man chose to sin. That is what free will is -- the ability to make choices. Adam and Eve freely chose to rebel against God. Before them Lucifer, who became Satan, also created perfectly and with free will, chose to sin by rebellion against God. Love that is forced is not love. God does not force us, he allows us to freely choose Him or to reject Him. 2) Egypt WAS devastated for a long time. The work force they had in the Jewish slaves had to be replaced by other slaves or by Egyptians. 3) by making a covenant with the Jews, God did condemn all the other races. On the contrary the Jews were appointed by God to bring the message of Himself to the world so that all races would know Him. Also, those who do not know Christ and his Church are NOT automatically confined to hell. That idea comes from some fundamentalist groups, it does not come from Christ's True Church -- the Catholic Church. Those who do not know Christ or his church will be judged by God according to His love, justice, and mercy according to what the person does know and the sincerity of the person to wish to come to know God as best he can. When God does this, He STILL does it through the Catholic Church although we do not know how. Thus pagans CAN be saved and are saved through the Catholic Church even if they do not know the Catholic Church exists. Also, God did not keep Himself a secret, dear. The pagans were told of His existence. God has written the knowledge of Himself in the hearts of every human being. In addition, the reason he chose Israel, and later Christianity (as the new Israel), was precisely to bring the message of the Gospel to all people. God is intimately concerned that all people come to know Him and He has appointed us to spread His message. God sends NO ONE to hell. People send themselves to hell by their own acts and choices. As mentioned earlier, God does and can save pagans according to their understanding of God and their sincerity to reach God. No one goes to hell by mistake. No one goes to hell because of ignorance. 4) saying God is a jealous God DOES NOT imply there are other actual Gods. There is ONE GOD only. But people make other gods for themselves. Some people make sports their god; some make nature their god, some make Satan their god. These are all false gods, but they are, by some people, worshipped AS IF they were gods. God demands that we not worship false gods, but to worship only Him who is the True and ONLY God and Creator. 5) hell and an all-loving God work perfectly together. Do you wish God to FORCE you to believe in Him? God loves us so much that He does NOT force us but allows us to choose. If God forced us, then you could not have posted this letter and you could not believe what you believe. But God loves you and will not force you to love Him. Forced love is not love. The choice is yours. You can either choose God and spend eternity with God, or you can reject God and spend eternity separated from God. That is what hell is, separation from God, and how people get there is because they have freely CHOSEN to reject God and be separated from Him. God prepares a banquet. He invites us all to this banquet. It is not his fault is you reject the invitation and find yourself eating hamburgers instead of the feast He prepared for you. You have only yourself to blame if you miss out on God's banquet. You call God disgusting. God calls you His beloved. God loves you. Will not you accept His love?
