Why different Liturgy Text , Roman Missal vs. St. Joseph Text

So many of the faithful confused with all the different "styles" of Priest at different churches. Where do these priest get idea's they can do what they please at masses? Have the Bishops discussed this in Conference? I thought it decided that female servers not allowed now and last week at my church all were female servers. Another question, Why are there two Text for masses , Roman or St. Joseph? I have a Roman Missal, and St. Joseph missal, at my church the St. Joseph Liturgy used. In my heart I beleive when the priest did the Mass yrs ago and offered the host up toward the cross and back to people the focus was definately Jesus center of the Mass. The time of quiet for awhile after the Gospel to contemplate and after Communion where definately giving non-verbal of the Holiness of the time and what had just transpired. Seems to me ,and of course I am no one of importance, that many of our Bishops and priest need to spend little time in some Hermitages to re gain their focus on Jesus . I defend the faith often and a woman said to me she had to bury her Mother, and bear the expense , the priest insisted on the over 100 dollars for the burial mass , and beside this , she was told her daughter wouldn't finish senior yr at the catholic school unless a 2,000 dollar bill paid, the girl went all through that school. Later she said she knew someone working at a very good restaurant and at least two to three times a week Bishop of area had dinners with groups and bills as high as 2000 for the group at restaurant, she had started to lose respect for Church , thinking a poor person puts in collection and eats minimal food, for the Church leaders to live in palaces and live the high life. The Church needs renewel , but it is not in the changing of the Mass , it is in the Leaders,to be the example , follow the example of Jesus, the apostles , or get out of the Church . This is so sad, there are priest living in ten room rectories with housekeeper comming in, and there are homeless people? There is where the change needs to take place, don't distroy the Mass. My heart breaks to think there are holy people,priest,brothers in this world, living life of prayer and poverty , loving Jesus, seeking Oneness with God ,and then Bishops and priest who live like Royality, knowing little of holiness leading, lucky I'm not Pope, I would assign Bishops and Cardinals from those growing in holiness rather then of those that climb the social ladder, or which brought in the most money, well Like St. Peter said ,put me upside down,so I can see the world as it is...........now it is true it seems even in the Church.........I love our Pope,he can only know what he sees . I'm sure his heart is breaking. My understanding of the Third secret of Fatima is the Pope going through the city of corpes is those Spiritually dead, and as he climbs the mountain (Carmel) to the cross,those soldiers shooting are the ones with own agendas, killing the real faith, shooting down those who say the truth and seek the true faith. We need to Evangalize the leaders, and Pray God sends us a St.Francis again cause the Pillars are collasping.........I am a Catholic , I beleive in the Creed, Eucharist,all the teachings and traditions, and what I see is a need for Call to Holiness the Pope has called for, Woe to you Leaders who don't beleive and deceive, and destroy,and cause the loss of innocent souls who have no nourishment........like the Pharasies of old,,,,,,,, you do enter nor let others enter, woe to you. My prayers with those who follow the Pope, the Bishops, priest and faithfull who follow and lead to point of total pouring out of themselve for Christ our King, you loving brave souls....
