Hi you may think this is crazy but have i been possessed. i suffer from ocd and today i was on a website for meditating on the chatroom and this woman was readin tarot cards and she pulled me one out i think as soon as i read the message telling me that i thought she had gave me bad luck and i had been possessed coz before that iwas swearing at her could i be possessed coz i feel different but i dont know if that is my ocd or wot plz help me i am very scared,

Dear Ayesha: This question really belongs in the Spiritual Warfare Forum, but I'll can answer here. One of the most important things to remember about spiritual warfare and demons and such is to NEVER jump to conclusions. I refer to your statement that you are possessed. There are many levels of demonization. The full possession that people think of in relation to exorcism is rare, growing in recent years, but still rare. There are numerous lessor forms of demonization. It would have a diagnostic interview to try to discern if you are suffering from one of those levels of demonization. In any event, there is one thing you must do immediately, and that is to avoid anything that is of the occult -- psychics, tarot cards, Ouija boards, fortune tellers, astrology, mediums, seances, etc. Involving yourself in those activities is like an invitation to the devil to attack you. I would suggest that you read the HELP section of the St. Padre Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling. On that page we offer some self-help methods to help you with these problems. There is also a Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog linked on the page. If you need help in being delivered from demonization, then you can apply for help from our Counseling Center.
