If your state-in-life (member or friend) does not allow you to pray the entire Novena prayer, please pray the first prayer -- the intentions may be implied and not recited each time.
May 9th the the Anniversary of the Consecration of the Legion of St. Michael
On May 9, when reciting the Novena, please replace the Consecration to St. Michael and Saint Michael Litany, with the Consecration to the Saints of our Charism and the Litany of the Saints of our Charism.
Novena Prayer
Saint Michael the Archangel, loyal champion of God and His People and of our Community of the Legion of St. Michael, we turn to you with confidence and seek your powerful intercession. For the love of God, Who made you so glorious in grace and power, and for the love of the Mother of Jesus, the Queen of the Angels, be pleased to hear our prayer. You know the value of our souls in the eyes of God. May no stain of evil ever disfigure it beauty. Help us to conquer the evil spirit who tempts us. We desire to imitate your loyalty to God and Holy Mother Church and your great love for God and people. And since you are God’s messenger for the care of His people, we entrust to you this special request:

To heal the discords between people and the divisions from amongst us in the Church, that we may serve and worship You in the unity of your love, and in loyalty to the Magisterium of your Church.

To increase vocations in the Church and the desire among Your people to live for You, that we may truly be Your disciples and the salt and light of the earth.

To bring about a respect for life and an end to the evil of abortion, and to heal all those who have been seduced into its evil snares.

To bring a healing of all those harassed or oppressed by evil, that they may experience the freedom, victory, and love of Christ.

To bring all those in purgatory into Your glorious presence in heaven, we ask this especially for our loved ones and those who have no one to pray for them.

To guide, protect, and bless the Legion of St. Michael, its members and their families, that all that we do may be for the greater glory of God.

To bless the Legion of St. Michael in its apostolates of apologetics and education on the Internet and also to all those who take vows in our Community.

Increase our burden to serve You, Lord, that the Legion of St. Michael, and its members, according to their state-in-life, may truly be the apostles of the latter age as our Blessed Mother revealed to St. Louis de Montfort.

May our Gracious Lord grant to our Holy Father Pope John-Paul II, to our Bishop Joseph Charron, and to the Superior of our Community, Bro. John-Paul Ignatius, wisdom, guidance, and peace, and to our priest, religious, and laity, a lively faith, a firm hope, and a perfect love. Amen, Amen.

Lord, grant to our relatives, friends, and benefactors, Your blessing and peace. Amen.

Consecration to St. Michael
(Pray on May 1 - 8)
Saint Michael the Archangel, we choose you as our Patron, Protector, and Prince in Spiritual Warfare, and entrust ourselves, the Legion of St. Michael and the St. Elijah Community to your care. Be the guardian of our obligation as children of God, and of the Catholic Church, and as members of the Legion of St. Michael, as again we renounce Satan, his works, and his empty promises. Assist us by your powerful intercession in fulfillment of these sacred promises, so that imitating your courage and loyalty to God, and trusting in your kind help and protection, we may be victorious over the enemies of our Church and of our souls and be united with God in heaven forever. Amen.
(Pray on May 9th)
Consolidated Consecration Prayers of Jesus through Mary, Sacred Heart, Immaculate Heart, and St. Michael
[If this prayer is said in a group, recitation may be shared by various people as indicated]
Leader:
Hail, O Immaculate Mary, living tabernacle of the Divinity, where the Eternal Wisdom willed to be hidden and to be adored by angels and by men! Hail, O Queen of Heaven and earth, to whose empire everything is subject which is under God. Hail, O sure refuge of sinners, whose mercy fails no one. Hear the desires which we have of the Divine Wisdom; and for that end receive the vows and offering which in our lowliness we present to thee.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, filled with infinite love, broken by our ingratitude, pierced by our sins, yet loving us still;
Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, and tender Mother of all people;
Saint Michael the Archangel, invincible prince of the angelic hosts and glorious protector of the Universal Church and of our Community;
We consecrate ourselves and the St. Elijah Community of the Legion of St. Michael to You, Lord Jesus, through Your mother the Blessed Virgin Mary, to Your Sacred Heart, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and to St. Michael the Archangel.
Person 1:
We, who are faithless sinners, renew and ratify today in thy hands, O Mother, the vows of our Baptism; we renounce forever Satan, his pomps and works, for ourselves and in the name of our Community; and we give ourselves and our Community entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry our cross after Him all the days of our lives, and to carry the cross and mission of our Community as long as He wills it to exist, and to be more faithful to Him than we have ever been before.
Person 2:
Please accept all that we are and all that we have. Take every faculty of our body and soul, and our Community resources. Draw us, day by day, nearer and nearer to Your Sacred Heart, and there, as we can bear the lesson, teach us Your blessed ways.
Person 3:
Please accept our consecration, dearest Mother, and use us, our Community, as you wish, to accomplish your designs upon the world.
O Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth, rule over us and our Community, and teach us how to allow the Heart of Jesus to rule and triumph in us and around us, as it has ruled and triumphed in you.
Leader:
Saint Michael, we choose you as our Patron, Protector, and Prince in Spiritual Warfare, and entrust ourselves, the Legion of St.
All: Amen.
Prayer
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirit who prowl through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.
Saint Michael, first champion of the Kingship of Christ, pray for us.
God our Father, in a wonderful way You guide the work of Angels and human beings. May those who serve You constantly in heaven keep our lives safe from all harm on earth. Grant this through Christ our Lord.
