Hello dear Brother Ignatius. Hummmmm a fat bull in a china cabinet, LOL, that makes chatting rooms called catholic encounter with the third kind. LOL Never met one of those before till now. I have never laughed so much in my entirer life. You know the funniest thing about it is that i remember seeing that room and asking myslef what kind of idiot would have made a room called like that. Me first reaction was not to much impressed and went to the other rooms. LOL. Dear Brother if you are to make a room please do let us know. That way we are sure not to go in the wrong ones. LOL Just call it deferently PLEASE. LOL. This is not a post about a question but reather just a simple testemony i would like to give. Since comming into this site and really reading in it, i found so many things that i thought was right. Gosh i felt as if God is liberating me by and by of false doctrines, false everything. Chains are falling. I do mean chains of ignorance. As i said in the previous post i am still picking pieces of myself from right and left due to abuses that hapend more then often in charismatic groups. I have realised another thing after reading your answers to my questions. We tend to think that the experienced expirence is all important and a lot of emphasist is putten on that. we tend to complicate the ministries try to understand completly the situation and tend to forget God's simplicity and strengh in all things. As you said it so well we need not to feel but to know. Reading your answers to my posts put me back into my shoes and it felt so good. I have not felt this peace in a long time. Maybe because i was thought that is was so important to know what was what, when, how, where, who, and what not. God knows all and thats all that maters. WE DO NOT have to know that there is a presence or not. We just NEED TO KNOW that God is there and that all prayers are more then helpful to the person. WoW so simple yet so powerful in all it's simplicity. In the charismatic movement it is very much the opposite. As far as precatory prayer go i have seen that being done more then once. They would literally stop the ministry and the prayers until a demon would identify itself or ask the person what they are feeling and then, call the evil presence if there is one to start off with, and associate it with that feeling. (exemple spirit of anger). All that done by a lay person. WoW no wonder some of us are so stuck on and with a lot of false teachings and wrong impressions. It is good to be reminded the most important things and not the most obvious sometimes. God Loves Us All. Thank you Brother Ignatius. :-) PS: i would not mind having a fat bull in my china cabinet.
