attacks through music
Hello Mr. Iganatius,
First of all i would like to thank the viewers for inviting me to view this site. It is just what i have been looking for. Someone to talk to and ask my questions and get proprer answers.
I have a question regarding music because lately i have not been able to find my total peace of mind and heart. Thank for the answer you have provided me upon answering others. I feel i need more information before i lose my mind completly.
I lived not to long ago an attack like i have never seen before. I know in what way i was attacked now from reading your other posts. The images that came to my mind made me want to vomit in real life physically i mean as well. Obsceen images of sexuality and pure cursed hatred that wanted to come from me and directed toward God. I never would let that hapend. I was told that a though is not a sin but acting upon it was. I hope it is still like that today and nothing was changed about that in the church's standings. I do not keep up with it's teachings. (Sorry)
I prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed some more for protection from our beloved Mother and for Jesus' to have the victory and to deliver me. I ask to find the source of the problem and where it was all comming from.
My son not to far away from me was listenning to music. He was not aware of this situation as i tried to keep it to myself and was not exactly sure what was going on myself. After praying the hardest i had the strengh to ask him what he was listenning to and he sowed me the cover of it. Well the moment i saw the cover and touched the CD i knew instantly that that was the source of the attacks that were directed at me. In that CD it was nothing more then sexual languages and phrases such as these " making love to you on the haighest altar of emotions with satin sheet like a mass.... and so on " Now i don't remember the title of the CD but to see it again i woud know which one it is for the cover was those images.
OH my God !!!! My heart sank to my heels. The other thing that came to my mind was that this CD was prayed upon before being released asking evil spirit to do i don't know what with it. I was again attacked with more images of sexuality that i have never thought being possible and existed such as masturbating with a crucifix. Is that true or was that or is it real? I tried to control with not much luck at that time my thoughts. I prayed the hardest then for him to put it away and rid of it without me intervening. I prayed the Virgin Mary would show him his errors in that music of his and ask for his total conversion. After a while of hard praying and it was intense, peace came back to my heart and my son had putten the music away. Miracle from our blessed Mother i am sure.
Now is it possible that we can be attack by unleached demons every time a CD like that is played even though we are not the one listenning to it? What about satanical concecration that are being made through that music that we can almost read in black and white with clear phrasing? I never wish for my son to go the hell. God have mercy on us all.
Is a concecration in that time sort of like a pact is it made delibaralty and or willingly or not? What should i do? I fear the worst for him now as he is changing so much and becomming more vulgar and rough at times. As he won't reason with me concerning his choice of music. He is only 15 years old.
Please answer as fast as you can.

Dear Mariella: The Church teaching never changes, it only grows in maturity of understanding. Unwanted thoughts that intrude into your mind are not sinful unless you begin to entertain those thoughts. One does not have to act on the thoughts for it to be sin -- remember Jesus said that to even look upon am woman in lust is committing adultery in one's heart. There is NO sin, however, for intruding and unwanted thoughts that you do not entertain and do not want. Those thoughts can sometimes come from our fallen nature, but the more intense thoughts like what you have described, unless there is a psychiatric issue involved, are more likely to be demonically inspired. The devils can inspire thoughts (but they cannot read our thoughts). There are many types of music that is unhealthy. In mentioned this is another post. There are CDs and Albums in which the artists have actually dedicated the music to Satan and have "cursed", as it were, the physical CDs. Demons love to attach themselves to things and they most certainly attach themselves to things that are contrary to God. As an aside, for all those out there using contraception, place in your minds the image of demons attached to those condoms, pills, and other devices :) Anyway, because the devil just loves music this is one of his favorite mediums to seduce and to attack people. That is probably why you experienced what you experienced. It is important to remove from the house any objects that are ungodly or otherwise might have demons attached. As long as those things are in the house, one risks being attacked. As for your son, you need to try to explain to him the negative influence some of this music has. What we put into our brains can be used by Satan to attack us. We need, therefore, to think upon things that are uplifting and excellent, as St. Paul tells us. Music that is dark and demonic, that promotes immoral things, be it rock music or country music, is dangerous. Listening to music can be a form of brainwashing. It matters what they lyrics say and because even the instrumentals can cause chemical reactions in the brain, it too matters. As a parent, you have a responsibility to inform your son of these things. He may not listen and he may not obey, but he needs to know your position. As for the actual CD's, they need to be removed from your house. The child can keep them at a friend's house or something, but in your house they should not be allowed. Most importantly pray for your son and pray some more until your a blue, purple, green, yellow, black, blue, red, and seafoam green in the face. Develop a devotion to St. Monica who prayed like that without end for her son. A few months before her death, her grown son converted and became one of the greatest Saint in the history of the Church, and a doctor of the Church -- St. Augustine. Only God knows, may your son will be the next St. Augustine. The blossoming of your prayer may not happen until after you are gone. Thus pray unceasingly and never give up until the day God brings you home, then pray for him in heaven.
