De Exorcismus et Supplicationibus Quibusdam
I wish only to comment that "De Exorcismus et Supplicationibus Quibusdam" is now in its second printing after a hiatus of some three years. It is available only in Latin (I doubt if it ever will be translated due the limitations on its use) and is available from Libreria Editrice Vaticana as represented on the internet by (www.paxbook.com). The price of the new printing is $16.52 each.
I would comment that while the official rite of Exorcism is the duty of the Bishop or his designated Priest-Exorcist, an individual may say the prayers privately (not attempting an actual exorcism on another person) when one feels severe temptation to do something evil. They do tell Satan where to go! In most cases I would say Confession, Communion, The Holy Rosary and saying "Get thee behind me Satan" are the best "Exorcisms."

Dear Timothy: Thanks for the reference, but no one can say the prayers in the Rite of Exorcism as written, even privately, unless they are a priest-exorcist on assignment of a Bishop. This is one reason why the Rite is not in popular access since people will presume to use it for their own purposes. The imprecatory and priestly ministry nature of the Rite of Exorcism has been prohibited outside of a formal solemn exorcism since 1985. On another matter, the new Rite of Exorcism is, frankly, a mess. The effectiveness of it has been destroyed. Fortunately after Cardinal Ratzinger, the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, and by Cardinal Medina, Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship, introduced, by failed to get passed an article 38 that would authorize exorcists to use the previous Ritual, Cardinal Jorge Medina attached to the Ritual a Notification in which he specified that exorcists were not obliged to use this Ritual and that, if they wished, they could ask their bishop for authorization to use the old one. The bishops must in their turn ask for authorization from the Congregation which, as the Cardinal writes, "willingly accords it". Thus, with the permission of the bishop an exorcist can use the old Ritual and ignore the new "castrated" version.
